Legal Service Classification Notice

JTBSocial is a digital advertising software provider and micro-task distribution network. Payments made to JTBSocial represent Commercial Service Fees for digital software licenses, advertising space allocation, and task verification infrastructure. JTBSocial is NOT a bank, NBFC, asset manager, or deposit-taking institution.

1. Nature of Membership Payments (Software & Quota Purchase)

All payments made on this platform are for the commercial purchase of Digital Advertising Quotas & Task Platform Access.
Payments are NOT financial deposits, capital investments, savings accounts, or security purchases.
Upon payment confirmation, the user receives an immediate non-tangible digital service license and daily ad allocation corresponding to their selected tier.

3. Working Days Execution Schedule

To align with global commercial advertising cycles, all software license validities are strictly active during Official Working Days (Monday through Friday). Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are non-operational commercial maintenance days and are excluded from license duration consumption. The final calendar expiry date is calculated dynamically upon license activation.

4. Performance-Based Task Remuneration (Independent Contractor Model)

Users engage with the platform as Independent Digital Contractors.
Task compensation is credited strictly upon manual, human-verified completion of allocated digital ads or micro-tasks.
Zero Passive Yield: No earnings or credits are generated without active manual performance of tasks. The platform strictly prohibits and rejects any promise of passive interest or fixed profit schemes.
Utility Split: Task remuneration is structured with 70% allocated to Withdrawable Task Earnings and 30% allocated to Platform Utility Credits (used for platform renewals, internal tools, and entertainment arcade engagement).

5. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Terms

Because digital service licenses, database bandwidth, and advertising task slots are instantly provisioned upon payment confirmation, all membership and service purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Tax Compliance

Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for money transmission, currency laundering, or unauthorized third-party transfers.
Members are solely responsible for declaring their independent digital freelance earnings and fulfilling their respective tax obligations under local laws and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations.

7. Regulatory Exemption Notice

JTBSocial does not pool user capital or operate collective investment schemes (CIS). Services provided are commercial software licenses for advertising monetization. As such, the platform does not fall under financial investment regulations or collective securities management provisions.
